Mainlining sugar via Red Vines kept the flow of words moving yesterday as I hunkered down to complete the first chapter of book three in my Ancient Elements series, The Silver Coin. I’m excited to have accomplished the bulk of research for the final book, and to have posted a visual outline in my study to help steer my course. Having primed the pump, I’m back to my fruit, veggies and protein diet today as I take the bull by the horns for chapter 2. Oh, did I just let the bovine out of the bag? Hmm, can you guess where book three takes place? Remember, it’s historical fiction in 1777 BC, and our characters have already been to Mesopotamia (The Bronze Dagger) and Egypt (The Alabaster Jar).
